Of course there are a lot of Paleo/Primal eaters in Aotearoa (NZ). All our meat is pasture raised and finished. The only real feed lot here sends all their meat to japan. And at least in Te Wai Pounamu (South Island) we are surrounded by gorgeous outdoors,

And as for low stress beef… we can’t grow enough on our farm to meet demand for some kill. Even fat and unhealthy people know here that home kill tastes better. And there are plenty of local butchers set up perfectly to kill your animals humanely on your property and take the meat to the shop for processing. Cattle, venison, pigs, sheep and llamas can be done. I do my own lambs; getting blood on my hands keeps properly me in the loop.

Thanks for the podcasts… been listening since the beginning. We got the “Primal Blueprint” when it was first published. “Primal Endurance ” was a god read but a score of years too late for this old bloke (got a few years on MS). I’ll be following the Primal Blueprint laws as well as I can till I die, mind you, I have done some stupid things n my life.
