    Hi, Elle

Thank you for the fantastic work you’re doing.

In your interview on the Primal Blueprint podcast, you or Dr. Jay say that birth control was the worst thing that happened to women. Please, remember that women used to have 8, 10, 13 kids before the birth control pill. THAT wreaked havoc on not just our bodies, but our lives and our power. There were women whose uteruses (uteri?) simply gave out from overuse.

So, please, just keep that in mind when you’re out there, that we need to know that hormone pills are extremely problematic, but they also improved many things vastly. Birth control is more than just a health issue, it’s a human rights issue. And we have a right to know it’s a problem to take hormones, but we also need to remember that we never want to go back to being slaves to our uteruses.

Again, I do thank you for your tremendous work.

    Rebekah

I don’t think there’s enough of this QUALITY information around honestly. Our world is increasingly toxic by the day and most people will never realize what they are exposing themselves too.
