This is one of my favorite episodes and a good change of pace. I never knew how personable, well spoken and enthusiastic Hannah is. I do a continuous brew kombucha at home as well (skills learned from Hannah’s ebook and website) and was actually lifting while listening to this. Trying my best not to run over to my brew cavern and pop open a bottle in the middle of the workout, but I do realize, wow, what a great recovery drink too. Thanks Hannah and Elle.
